Client Acknowledgment, Consent, Liability Release & Spray Tanning Agreement

Terms & Conditions Agreement
I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the Terms and Conditions as outlined on the Sunday Sol Studio website. I understand that, due to the nature of the service(s) provided, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

Late, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
I acknowledge that I have reviewed and agree to the late arrival, cancellation, and no-show policies as published on the Sunday Sol Studio website prior to booking my service(s).

Nature of Spray Tanning Services
I understand and acknowledge that spray tanning is a cosmetic service and that results may vary based on individual skin type, skin condition, preparation, aftercare, and lifestyle factors. I confirm that I have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities, medications, or skin concerns prior to receiving service.

DHA Cosmetic Ingredient Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that spray tanning solutions contain Dihydroxyacetone (DHA), a cosmetic ingredient that reacts with the outer layer of the skin to temporarily darken its appearance. I understand that DHA does not provide sun protection and that results are cosmetic only.

Pregnancy & Nursing Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that if I am pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or nursing, I have consulted with my healthcare provider prior to receiving spray tanning services and understand that I am choosing to proceed at my own discretion. I understand that Sunday Sol Studio does not provide medical advice.

Personal Property & Aftercare Responsibility
I understand that spray tanning products may temporarily stain clothing, bedding, or other personal items, and I accept full responsibility for any such staining. I agree to follow all pre- and post-tan care instructions provided by Sunday Sol Studio to achieve optimal results and longevity.

Liability Release & Hold Harmless Agreement
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sunday Sol Studio, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising out of or related to my spray tanning services, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, uneven results, premature fading, or dissatisfaction with cosmetic outcome, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I acknowledge that I voluntarily assume all risks associated with spray tanning services and agree that Sunday Sol Studio shall not be liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes resulting from my failure to disclose relevant information or to follow provided instructions.

Policy Changes
I understand that these Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time and agree to abide by the most current version in effect at the time of my appointment.
